【Abstract】 Objective ：To evaluate the overall treatment of donepezil combined multi-domain cognitive training in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods 195 patients with mild cognitive impairment were collected from January 2013 to January 2016 in four community hospitals of Tangshan, which were randomly divided into drug group (donepezil 5mg/night), the intervention group (multi-domain cognitive training) and the overall treatment group (donepezil 5mg/Night + multi-domain cognitive training), n=65 cases, treatment duration was 12 weeks. Outcomes were assessed by Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of NeumpsychoIogiral Status(RBANS) before and after the intervention. The cognitive function before and after treatment were compared. Results：The RBANS score, immediate memory, spatial structure, attention, speech function, delayed memory were no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the differences of RBANS score, immediate memory, spatial structure, attention, memory latency in each group were statistically significant (P<0.05), the RBANS score, immediate memory, spatial structure, are delayed memory in overall treatment group were significantly higher than the drug group and intervention group (P<0.05), the attention in overall treatment group were significantly higher than the drug group (P<0.05).Conclusions： Donepezil combined multi-domain cognitive training were effective in treating patients with mild cognitive impairment，which could improve cognitive function and daily living.
