Objective: To analyze and explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing on retention enema in patients with ulcerative colitis treated with compound Huangbai liquid cup bowel. Methods: Select 60 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 as observation objects, including 45 cases of enema through anal canal and 15 cases of enema through TET tube, and randomly divided into observation group and In the control group, Results: the total effective rate of retention enema in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the patients in the observation group had abnormal liver and kidney function, allergies, nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions The number of patients was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the HAMD score, the difference was smaller (P>0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of ulcerative colitis patients with retention enema with compound Huangbai liquid cup bowel is obvious.
