【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the psychological state of family members of children with febrile convulsion and the clinical effect of children with high fever. Methods: in our hospital from September 2013 to 2014 from November of febrile convulsion in children patients with 80 cases, using random number table method will be 80 cases of children with febrile convulsion were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was treated with conventional methods of care for nursing, the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention nursing, two groups of children with parents of nursing satisfaction rate and fever, convulsion disappearance time, hospitalization time, parents, the scores of SAS and SDS scores of were compared and further analysis. Results: the observation group and nursing satisfaction rate was 97.50% in the control group, nursing satisfaction rate was 85.00% in the observation group, the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05); in the observation group, the cooling time, disappearance time of convulsion and hospitalization time were compared according to the group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05); of dry prognosis of parents of children with SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: nursing intervention measures for patients with febrile convulsion seizures in the control and reduce the recurrence rate, occurred in children with convulsions were effective treatment, the disease has been effectively controlled, to give children with comprehensive nursing intervention to promote the rehabilitation of patients and the prognosis has better clinical effect. Therefore, it is worth further promotion in clinical.
