【Abstracts】Objective: To analyze short term and long term effects of attentional bias in the treatment of adolescent with depression. Methods: Participants in the study who were adolescent with depression from August 2012 to February 2015 hospitalized in department of outpatient ,and there were 86 cases ,in double blind control way , 86 cases were divided into control group and observation group, two groups of patients with 43 cases in each, two groups of patients are to be conventional drug treatment for depression, based on this, the patients in control group received placebo training, observation group patients pay attention bias correction training, comparative analysis of two groups of patients treatment effect of short-term therapy and long-term effects. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment and training, two groups of patients with attention bias scores, depression symptoms, CES-D (center Depression Scale) and HAMD (Hamilton Depression Scale) were decreased, but no significant difference, and training group compared, no significant difference (P > 0.05). After 24 weeks of treatment and training, two groups of patients with attention bias scores, depression symptoms, CES-D and HAMD scores were lower (P < 0.05), the two groups were measured after the comparison of no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: At the same time, the treatment of depression in the drug treatment of young people, the application of attention to the correction of training treatment, can improve the patients depression, the long-term effect is obvious, the effect is ideal, recommended application.
