| Abstract |
Objective: This experiment is mainly to allow patients to understand more nutritional
knowledge related to the department of gastroenterology, accept better care, so the following experiment. Methods:
In 2020 to 2021, choose 195 patients who received treatment in the department of Gastroenterology of our medical
institution were selected as the subjects of this experiment, and were randomly assigned into two
groups:experimental group (n=97) and control group (n=98) by odd and even method. Two groups, respectively,
using different ways of education and care, control group using conventional nutritional knowledge education and
care management intervention, the experimental system is taken the nutrition knowledge education and nursing
management mode, the main nursing management measures as:targeted professional guidance, equipped with
nutrition department, for patients with customized nutrition and health goals and direction of nursing. Clinical
nursing effect.Results: The nursing effect score of the experimental group was (96.20±2.10) points and remained
stable. recognition (95%), total satisfaction rate (95%) and total effective rate of intervention (92.7%), which were
all higher than that of the reference group. Conclusion: two groups of patients, respectively, after nutritional
knowledge education and nursing management, the experimental group patients were able to have a new
understanding on related diseases of digestive diseases, increased patients knowledge about nutrition reserves, at
the same time improve the clinical nursing work, efficiency and quality ,so as to mode further perfect the nursing
and improve the nursing staff and patients of recognition satisfaction, is worth promoting.
