【Abstract】Objection: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of duloxetine enteric coated tablets combined with gabapentin capsule in the treatment of somatoform pain disorder provide a feasible treatment method for the clinical treatment of this kind of pain.Methods: Will continue of somatoform pain disorder of 80 patients, were randomly divided into study group and control group, respectively, the use of duloxetine enteric coated tablets combined with gabapentin capsules and single charge of duloxetine enteric coated tablets for treatment, before treatment and 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment pain status was assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale/Score and therapeutic effect on patients by Karnofsky score of quality of life was evaluated.Results: Compared with before treatment, the control group and study group 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, VAS scores were significantly lower, and all have statistical significance (P < 0.05). From second weeks after treatment, the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Karnofsky score of quality of life found that the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment (P < 0.05), and from the second cycles after treatment, there were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). The use of alone duloxetine enteric coated tablets efficiency reached 67.5% (27 / 40) and combined treatment effective rate of 82.5%（33/40）.Conclusion: Duloxetine enteric coated tablets combined with gabapentin capsule in the treatment of somatoform pain disorder has a good therapeutic effect, rapid onset, adverse reactions of relatively minor.
