摘要
目的:探讨饮食护理对炎症性肠病患者营养状况的影响。方法:将我院 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例炎症性肠病患者,双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施常规护理联合饮食护理。比 较两组护理前后营养状况、护理满意度、遵医饮食评分、住院时间。结果:实验组营养状况高于对照组,护 理满意度高于对照组,遵医饮食评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:炎症性肠病患者实 施常规护理联合饮食护理效果确切,可提高患者遵医行为和改善患者的营养状况,从而缩短住院的时间, 值得推广和应用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of dietary nursing on nutritional status of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Methods: From March 2021 to January 2022, 80 patients with inflammatory bowel disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with diet nursing. The nutritional status, nursing satisfaction, diet score and hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The nutritional status of the experimental group was higher than the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, compliance diet score was higher than the control group, hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Routine nursing combined with diet nursing for patients with inflammatory bowel disease has a definite effect, which can improve patients compliance behavior and nutritional status, and thus shorten the time of hospitalization. It is worthy of promotion and application.
