摘要
【摘要】 目的:研究肝癌并抑郁患者应用个性化护理干预对生活质量的临床分析。方法:选取我院从2014年2月至2015年8月收治的肝癌患者100例,按照随机数字法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例);对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取个性化护理,将两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑 (HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁 (HAMD)评分、生活质量以及护理满意率进行对比分析。结果: HAMA评分与HAMD评分:观察组评分明显小于对照组 (P<0.05);观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意率为明显高于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预可提高患者的生活质量以及护理满意率,使患者积极接受治疗,因此值得在推广。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with liver cancer and depression. Methods: selected in our hospital from February 2014 to 2015 August treated 100 cases of patients with liver cancer, according to the random number method, divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases); the control group were treated with routine nursing care, the observation group on the basis of the control group take personalized nursing, two groups of patients with Hamilton Anxiety (HAMA) score of Hamilton Depression (HAMD) score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate were compared and analyzed. Results: HAMA score and HAMD score: the observation group was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: personalized nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction rate, so that patients actively receive treatment, so it is worth promoting.
