摘要
【摘要】目的:探讨心理护理干预对脑膜瘤手术患者围术期不良情绪的影响。方法:使用随机数字表法,将80例行手术治疗的脑膜瘤患者分为两组(n=40):对照组在围术期实施常规护理;综合干预组在常规护理基础上,增加包括团体心理支持、家庭心理干预在内的综合性心理干预措施,比较两组患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪及生活质量的变化。结果:入院2周时,两组的SAS、SDS评分均有所降低,SF-36各项评分均有所提高。综合干预组入院2周时的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,躯体疼痛、生理职能、社会职能、情感职能、精神健康及总体健康评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在脑膜瘤手术围术期实施综合性心理护理干预,有助于减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract
Abstract Objective: To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention on perioperative bad mood to patients with meningioma surgery. Methods: 80 cases of meningioma patients treated with surgery were divided into two groups by random number table (n=40): Control group used routine nursing in perioperative period; Base on the routine nursing, comprehensive intervention group increased comprehensive psychological interventions including group psychological support and family psychological intervention. Compare the depression, anxiety and quality of life changes between two groups. Results: At admission two weeks, SAS and SDS scores of two groups were decreased; SF-36 scores were all improved. SAS and SDS scores of comprehensive intervention group were significantly lower than the control group, bodily pain, physical function, social function, role emotional, mental health and general health scores were significantly higher, P<0.05. Conclusion: Use comprehensive psychological interventions in meningiomas surgery perioperative period, can help to reduce the anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve the patients mental state, and improve the quality of life.
