【Abstract】To study the effect of perioperative comprehensive intervention on the psychological status of patients with hemorrhoids surgery. Methods: 82 patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into intervention group (41 cases) and control group (41 cases) according to the self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). The control group received routine treatment and intervention, intervention group on the basis of combined with peri operative intervention, recorded and evaluated patients before 24 h and 0.5 h anxiety occurrence rate, SAS score, sleep effect and postoperative complications rate and other indicators of index is too single, replace the index]. Results: the perioperative comprehensive intervention, the intervention group patients with preoperative 24 h and 0.5 h the incidence of anxiety was 9.76.0% and 24.40% respectively, the SAS score was 43.33 + 3.92 and 52.55 + 2.95 points and PSQI scores were 4.21 + 1.12 and 8.15 + 1.87 points were significantly better than that of the control group were 24 h and 0.5 h, the incidence of anxiety were 53.66% and 85.37%, the SAS score was 53.15 + 3.64 and 59.45 + 4.13 points and PSQI scores were 4.21 + 1.12 and 8.15 + 1.87, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group% of patients with complications the incidence of postoperative% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Perioperative comprehensive intervention could effectively improve preoperative mental state and relieve anxiety level in patients with hemorrhoids, which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
