After breakfast meal service; give agomelatine 25mg / D morning meal service, observation of venlafaxine group 150-300mg / day, after breakfast meal service, agomelatine dose constant, 6W for a course of treatment.Between the two groups before and after treatment for 2, 4, 6W Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score changes and adverse reactions of the two groups of medication.result:①Before treatment, there was no significant difference in HAMD-17 scores between the two groups (P>0.05);②Two groups after treatment 2, 4, 6W at the end of treatment compared with before treatment, two groups were compared, the observation group HAMD 17 scores were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05;③The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups, P>0.05.Conclusion:Different dose of venlafaxine combined with agomelatine treatment refractory depression, and has treatment effect, but doses greater than 150mg, depressive symptoms improved significantly, the adverse reaction rate, high safety can be popularized in clinic.
