摘要	【摘要】目的：研究连续性心理干预路径与脑卒中患者的焦虑、抑郁程度及生活能力的关联性。方法：选择我院神经内科，康复医学科2015年4月~2015年12月间收治脑卒中患者84例，采用随机数表法将其分为干预组（42例，采用连续心理干预路径）、常规组（42例，实施常规心理干预），在干预前1d、出院前、出院后3月对两组患者进行SAS、SDS评分及改良Barthel指数评分并加以对比，以评估连续性心理干预的应用效果。结果：经比较，两组患者在干预前1d的SAS评分、SDS评分和改良Barthel指数评分值均无差异统计意义（P＞0.05），而在出院前、出院后3月，干预组的上述指标的改善情况均显著优于常规组（P＜0.05）。在综合康复效果上，干预组的康复优良率高达83.3%，也显著高于常规组的59.5%（P＜0.05）。结论：针对脑卒中患者的心理情绪、预后特点，通过在住院期间、出院前、出院后予以连续性的心理干预、健康指导，可有效降低患者的抑郁、焦虑程度，并促进患者自理能力及生活能力的提高，值得在脑卒中的康复治疗中加以应用。
Abstract	【Abstract】AIM: To investigate the effect of continuous psychological nursing intervention in patients with stroke patients.MRTHODS: 84 cases of patients with stroke patients were made into two groups ,and their SAS、SDS、Barthel index before and after psychological intervention were compared.RESULTS:By comparison, two groups of patients before the intervention 1d score of SAS, SDS scores and Modified Barthel Index scores were not statistically significant differences (P> 0.05), but prior to discharge, three months later（1月？，请核对）, the index of the intervention group after discharge cases were significantly better than the conventional group (P<0.05). On the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation, rehabilitation excellent rate as high as 83.3% in the intervention group, significantly higher than 59.5% of the conventional group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Targeted continuous psychological nursing can improve the quality of daily living and relieve depression severity in patients with PSD.
