摘要	本文旨在介绍了几种难治性强迫症的非药物治疗方法(包括无抽搐电休克、重复经颅磁刺激、深部脑刺激、立体定向损毁术)，以及它们对难治性强迫症的原理、疗效和安全性的研究进展。
Abstract	This paper aims to review several methods of non-pharmacological treatment for refractory obsessive-complusive disorder including MECT, rTMS, DBS and stereotactic surgical treatment and research progress of their principle, curative efficacy and safety.
