健康信息偶遇对老年人健康行为的影响

摘要	人口老龄化与数字媒介深度交融背景下，短视频成为老年人获取健康信息的重要方式，健康信息偶遇成为其被动获取健康信息的新常态。本研究以短视频环境下的老年人健康信息偶遇为核心，采用问卷调查法收集441份有效问卷，通过信效度检验、多元线性回归等方法分析其对老年人健康行为的影响。研究发现，健康信息偶遇、短视频使用频率都显著正向影响着老年人健康行为，且专业医疗健康平台信息接触起到的促进作用显著。据此提出优化短视频健康信息供给、加强平台治理等建议，以期完善老年健康传播体系，助力健康老龄化目标实现。
Abstract	Under the background of the deep integration of population aging and digital media, short video has become an important way for the elderly to obtain health information, and health information encounter has become the new normal for them to obtain health information passively. In this study, 441 valid questionnaires were collected by using the method of questionnaire survey, and their effects on the health behavior of the elderly were analyzed by reliability and validity test, multiple linear regression and other methods. The study found that the health information encounter and the frequency of short video use had a significant positive impact on the health behavior of the elderly, and the professional medical health platform information contact played a significant role in promoting. Accordingly, suggestions such as optimizing the supply of short video health information and strengthening platform governance are put forward in order to improve the health communication system for the elderly and help achieve the goal of healthy aging.
