Objiective: Analysis of Psychological Nursing Intervention for acute fracture surgery in elderly mental disorders clinical effect. Methods: Our hospital from April 2013 to March 2015 were treated 90 cases of fractures in elderly patients with acute mental disorders, using random number table 90 patients with acute fracture surgery in elderly mental disorders into the observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases); the control group received usual care, observation group taking psychological care intervention, the two groups were observed and compared care satisfaction rate, HAMD score, HAMA score, mental nursing observation scale (IRPOS Rating) and complications were observed. Results: The nursing satisfaction rate higher than 100.00% 88.89% (P <0.05); observation group HAMD score and HAMD score was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); the observation group scores were significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group than the control group 11.11% 28.89% (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The fracture in elderly postoperative patients with acute mental disorder after mental nursing anxiety, depression and other negative emotions significantly alleviated, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce complications, and therefore worthy of further clinical application.
