Objective: In the postoperative nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture, different nursing programs were adopted to summarize and explore the implementation effect and excellence of rehabilitation nursing. Methods: Patients who were admitted to our department due to femoral neck fractures from January 2020 to December 2020 were investigated. A total of 92 patients were included in this investigation. All the patients with femoral neck fracture who participated in the investigation received surgical treatment, and were cared for according to different nursing programs, and 46 cases were included in each group. Group A received routine nursing, and group B received rehabilitation nursing. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs and the excellence of rehabilitation nursing. Results: The comparison of Harris score between group A and group B was lower. The incidence of complications, range of motion of hip joint and nursing satisfaction in group B were better than those in group A, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the postoperative nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture, the implementation effect of the rehabilitation nursing program is excellent, the application effect of this program is excellent, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
