中医加速康复疗法在骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果分析

摘要	目的探析骨折术后康复中，采用中医加速康复疗法的效果。方法将846例骨折术后患者随机分为对照组与观察组，各423例。对照组采用常规康复治疗，观察组在对照组基础上实施中医加速康复疗法，比较两组患者的治疗结局。结果术后2周、1个月两组相比，观察组的VAS评分更低，JOA评分更高（P＜0.05）；中医证候评分、SAS、SDS评分比较，治疗后观察组评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；较之对照组，观察组的并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论中医加速康复疗法能有效改善骨折术后患者的疼痛感与负面情绪，优化关节功能，缓解不良症状，降低并发症发生率。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine accelerated rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation after fracture surgery. Methods 846 patients after fracture surgery were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 423 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine accelerated rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared between the two groups at 2 weeks and 1 month after surgery, the VAS score of the observation group was lower and the JOA score was higher (P < 0.05). In terms of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, SAS, and SDS scores, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine accelerated rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the pain and negative emotions of patients after fracture surgery, optimize joint function, relieve adverse symptoms, and reduce the incidence of complications.
