Objective To explore the application effect of refined management measures for medical consumables in tertiary comprehensive hospitals. Methods The time range for the inclusion of the sample objects was set from October 2023 to October 2025, and the enrolled sample objects were set as 30 medical consumables. They were grouped according to different enrollment times, and 15 medical consumables from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the routine group for routine management. 15 medical consumables from November 2024 to October 2025 were selected as the study group for refined management, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results The research group had a higher qualification rate for management (p<0.05); The inventory turnover rate of the research group is higher (p<0.05); The cost control rate of consumables in the research group (p<0.05). Conclusion The refined management measures for medical consumables in tertiary comprehensive hospitals can effectively improve the management qualification rate, increase inventory turnover rate, and enhance the cost control rate of consumables.
