细节管理模式在肺结核病人护理管理中的应用效果及护理满意度分析

摘要	目的本文旨在探讨细节管理模式对肺结核患者护理质量、治疗依从性及病灶吸收率和护理满意度的影响。方法将我院收治的肺结核患者随机分为对照组（常规护理管理）与观察组（细节管理模式），对比两组干预的应用效果及护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量总分及各维度评分均显著高于对照组，治疗依从性优良率为95.42%，显著高于对照组的79.74%，护理满意度为97.78%，显著高于对照组的84.44%，观察组8周病灶吸收率为92.16%，显著高于对照组的69.93%，并发症发生率为3.92%，显著低于对照组的19.61%，组间存在差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论细节管理模式可显著提升肺结核患者护理质量、治疗依从性及满意度，提高病灶吸收率、降低并发症，具有较高临床应用价值，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective This study aimed to investigate the impact of a detailed management model on nursing quality, treatment adherence, lesion absorption rate, and nursing satisfaction in tuberculosis (TB) patients. Methods TB patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (standard nursing management) and an observation group (detailed management model), and the application effects of interventions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group demonstrated significantly higher total nursing quality scores and multidimensional scores compared to the control group. The excellent/treatment adherence rate was 95.42%, significantly higher than the control group’s 79.74%. Nursing satisfaction reached 97.78%, significantly higher than the control group's 84.44%. The lesion absorption rate at 8 weeks was 92.16% in the observation group, significantly higher than the control group's 69.93%. The complication incidence rate was 3.92%, significantly lower than the control group’s 19.61%. The intergroup differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed management model significantly improves nursing quality, treatment adherence, and satisfaction in TB patients, enhances lesion absorption rates, reduces complications, and demonstrates high clinical application value, warranting widespread adoption.
