Objective To explore the impact of precise nursing based on the framework of health behavior interaction on the pain level and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods The research subjects were 300 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups of 150 each using a random number table. The control group received routine care, while the study group received precise nursing based on the framework of health behavior interaction. The pain level and quality of life were compared. Results Compared with before the care, the pain scores at 1 week after care, at discharge, and 2 weeks after discharge and follow-up showed a gradually decreasing trend. The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with before the care, the scores of physiological function, emotional function, social function, and health self-awareness in both groups increased after care (P < 0.05). The scores of physiological function and social function in the study group after care were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of emotional function and health self-awareness between the two groups after care (P > 0.05). Conclusion Precise nursing based on the framework of health behavior interaction can effectively reduce the pain level and improve the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
