[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of treatment compliance and negative emotions of triple pairs of psychological intervention in patients with deep vein thrombosis.Methods: 120 cases of deep vein thrombosis were randomly divided into observe groups (n=60) and control group (n=60) according to drawing lots, the observe groups were gived with routine care and control group were applicated with triple observed during psychological intervention.The treatment of the two groups of patients and negative emotions of two groups were comparated.Results: The SDS scores, SAS scores of observe groups were lower than the control group (P <0.05).The treatment compliance, thrombosis disappear, reducing the scope of thrombosis, blood clots shorter length and satisfaction rate of observe groups were higher than control groups (P<0.05), while the proportion of postoperative pain was lower than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The triple psychological intervention can effectively reduce deep vein thrombosis in patients with anxiety and depression, improve patient treatment compliance and improve patient outcomes.
