脑卒中患者认知行为治疗对心理、神经功能及生活质量的影响分析

| 摘要 |
【摘要】 研究脑卒中后患者采用认知行为治疗对心理、神经功能及生活质量的改善效果。方法 临床纳入106例我院2013年5月至2015年1月期间收治的脑卒中患者，对所有患者按随机数字表法进行分组，每组53例。其中53例患者采用常规治疗作为对照组，另53例在上述基础上联合认知行为治疗作为观察组。结果 治疗前两组患者HAMD、MMSE、FMA以及FIM评分无差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组HAMD、MMSE、FMA以及FIM评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者LOTCA 各项评分及ADL评分无差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后观察组LOTCA 各项评分及ADL评分均大于对照组（P＜0.05）。对照组、观察组满意度分别为86.79%、96.23%，观察组明显较高（P＜0.05）。结论 认知治疗对脑卒中患者抑郁状况、认知功能及生活质量改善效果明显，值得临床应用及推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract]Objective: To study the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on depression and quality of life in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:106 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into 53 cases in each group. 53 cases were treated with conventional therapy as the control group, and the other 53 cases were treated as the observation group.Results: Before treatment, there was no difference in HAMD, FMA, MMSE and FIM score between the two groups (P > 0.05);After treatment, the HAMD, FMA, MMSE and FIM in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment, there was no difference in LOTCA score and ADL score between the two groups (P > 0.05);After treatment, the LOTCA score and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were 86.79% and 96.23% respectively, and the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05)..Conclusion:Cognitive therapy is effective in improving the quality of life of patients with cerebral apoplexy, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
