摘要	摘要：目的：探究和分析心理干预护理措施在高血压脑出血患者经微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗后的重要作用。方法：选取我院2015年1月～2016年1月收治的高血压脑出血且行微创颅内血肿穿刺术的患者100例，根据随机数字法分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组患者采取常规护理手段，观察组患者把心理辅导的方法应用到患者的护理中，以两组患者术后护理方式满意度、临床疗效、并发症发生率以及出院时Herth希望评分作为观察指标，探讨对于高血压脑出血患者经微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗后的加用心理辅导的护理模式后的临床应用效果。结果：观察组的护理模式满意度、治疗疗效均高于对照组（P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义，观察组术后的并发症的发生情况低于对照组（P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义，观察组患者在出院时的Herth希望评分显著提高，明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论：把心理辅导的方法应用到高血压脑出血患者经微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗后的护理过程中有利于患者的术后恢复，降低了患者术后并发症的发生率，并有效提高了患者的希望水平，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective: To explore and analyze the important role of psychological intervention nursing measures in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma puncture drainage. Methods: selected in our hospital in January 2015 ~ 2016 January hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and for minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture of 100 cases of patients, according to randomly divided into the observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) and control group patients were treated with routine nursing method, the patients in the observation group the nursing care of psychological counseling method applied to patients, in two groups of patients with postoperative nursing satisfaction, clinical curative effect, complications occurrence rate and discharge Herth hope score were used as indicators to for after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture drainage in the treatment and nursing mode for psychological counseling for clinical application effect. Results: in the observation group satisfaction with nursing model, treatment were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05), the difference has statistical significance, to observe the incidence of complications after operation in group than the control group (P < 0.05), the difference has statistical significance observed groups of patients at the time of discharge of the Herth hope to score increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: the recovery of patients after minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture drainage in the treatment of the nursing process in operation for patients after psychological counseling method is applied to the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and can effectively improve the patients level of hope, is worth the clinical promotion.
