石油石化火炬系统点火与防爆关键技术及工程应用研究

摘要
石油石化火炬系统是处理生产、开停工及事故工况可燃气体排放的关键安全设施,其点火可靠性与防爆性能,直接关系到装置安全生产、人员生命安全以及周边环境稳定。本文结合SH/T 3009‑2013、GB 50160‑2018等现行标准及一线工程经验,本文梳理火炬点火装置选型、多重备份设计与火焰监测要点,分析爆炸危险区域划分、阻火密封、静电防护及防雷等防爆核心环节,依托实际工程案例验证技术落地效果,针对高含硫、低温、海上等特殊工况给出可落地优化方案,为火炬系统安全设计、运行维护提供实操参考。
Abstract
Flare systems serve as key safety facilities for handling combustible gas emissions during normal operation, start‑up/shutdown and accidents in petroleum and petrochemical plants. Their ignition stability and explosion prevention capability directly determine plant safety, personnel protection and environmental safety. Based on standards such as SH/T 3009‑2013 and GB 50160‑2018, combined with frontline engineering experience, this paper summarizes the selection, multi‑backup design and flame monitoring of ignition devices, analyzes core explosion prevention measures including hazardous area classification, flame sealing, static electricity protection and lightning protection, verifies technical effects through practical cases, and provides implementable optimization schemes for high‑sulfur, low‑temperature and offshore conditions. The results offer practical reference for safe design, operation and maintenance of flare systems.
