摘要：探讨基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理对脊柱外科患者创伤后成长的影响。 方法 于2015年1月-12月选择86例脊柱外科病例，随机分为干预组和对照组各43例，分别采用聚焦解决模式护理和常规系统化整体护理，使用创伤后成长量表评定患者在干预前与干预后的创伤后成长的水平，并评价干预后的满意度。结果 干预前两组的创伤后成长总分及各维度的差异均无统计学意义（p>0.05）。干预后干预组的创伤后成长总分为（82.57±3.76）分，对照组的创伤后成长总分为（58.03±3.98）分（p<0.01）。干预组的人生感悟、个人力量、新的可能性、与他人关系和自我转变等维度的分数均高于对照组（p<0.05）。干预组的满意率（93.03%）高于对照组（60.47%）（p<0.01）。结论 基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理对于脊柱外科患者能取得很好的干预效应，并更好地提高创伤后成长水平。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective To probe effects of psychological nursing based on solution focused approach on posttraumatic growth of spinal surgical patients. Methods A total of 86 spinal surgical patients from Jan to Dec 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into intervention group(43 case) and control group(43 case). The intervention group accepted nursing of solution focused approach, and the controls were given systematic holistic nursing. Posttraumatic growth scales were adopted to evaluate the level of posttraumatic growth of 2 groups of patients pre-and-post intervention. The satisfactory degrees were evaluated. Results There was no statistically significant difference in total scale and each dimension scale of posttraumatic growth of 2 groups of patients pre-intervention. The total scale of posttraumatic growth in intervention group was 82.57±3.76 post-intervention, which was higher than that of controls（58.03±3.98）（p<0.01）, and Scale of life comprehension, personal strength, new possibility, relations to others and self change dimensions of intervention group were all higher than those of controls （p<0.05）. The satisfactory degrees of intervention group（93.03%）was higher than that of controls（60.47%）（p<0.01）. Conclusions Psychological nursing based on solution focused approach can achieve perfect intervention effects on spinal surgical patients, and can increase the level of posttraumatic growth.
