Abstract Objective：To discuss the clinical value of the preoperative pain education for orthopaedic surgery patients in terms of changing patients preoperative negative emotions and postoperative pain.Method Obsrving the 180 cases of patients at the department of orthopaedics in our hospital who were begining selective operation during 2014,Jan to 2015,Dec.By using random number table method to divid all the patients into the observation groupp and the control group,every group has 90 cases of patients. the observation group by using the preoperative pain education to nersing,the control group by using preoperative conventional nersing.By using VAS、SAS、SDS rating scale to evaluate the degree of pain, psychological states of patients .To observe the mend matters of two patients in the degree of pain, psychological states. Resut The SAS、SDS rating scale in the observation group before preoperative day is obviously lower than the control group；the severe pain patients,the incidence of anxiety,the incidence of depression in the observation groupp is obviously sly lower than the control group ,the difference data in each group is meaningful(p＜0.05) .Conclusion Giving the orthopaedic surgery patients for the preoperative pain education to nursing can reduce the degree of pain of patients,improving patients comfortable and satisfaction,Helping patients to get healthy mentality,it has highlapplication valuable.
