| 摘要 |
【摘要】探讨经颅磁治疗联合阿戈美他汀对更年期综合征的疗效及安全性 方法 将88例更年期综合征患者随机分为研究组及对照组两组，研究组心理治疗联合经颅磁治疗，对照组单纯使用心理治疗，均治疗8周，在治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8周分别予HAMA量表评定疗效。结果 治疗4周后研究组患者HAMA量表评分开始显著下降，比对照组起效快，两组患者疗效有显著性差异(t=6.17,P＜0.01）。结论 经颅磁治疗和心理治疗对缓解更年期综合征的焦虑均有效，而经颅磁治疗联合心理治疗起效更快。

| Abstract |
[abstract] Objectives To study the efficacy of transcranial magnetic treatment of menopausal syndrome, and safety.Method 88 patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into research group and control group in the two groups,Before treatment and 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after treatment respectively to HAMA scale to assess efficacy.Results 4 weeks after treatment group with a significant reduction in the HAMA scale scores,Faster than control group work,Two groups of patients with significant difference (t =6.17, P < 0.01).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic therapy and psychological therapy to relieve menopausal syndrome anxiety are effective,And combined therapy transcranial magnetic treatment work faster.
