[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influences of psychological care in bad mood, sleep quality and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 80 cases of of cervical cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these patients were divided into routine care group (n = 40) and psychological care group (n = 40) two groups according to the random number table, the routine care group were given routine care, while the psychological care group were given routine care combined with psychological care, the bad mood, quality of sleep and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, psychosis scores in SCL-90 scale of the psychological care group were significantly lower (P <0.05), the excellent rate of sleep quality 70.0% (28/40) was significantly higher than the routine care group 40.0% (16/40) (P <0.05), the physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, overall quality of life scores in QLQ-C30 scale were significantly higher than the routine care group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological care can improve bad mood, quality of sleep and quality of life of cervical cancer patients.
