Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing intervention in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy, and provide reference for optimizing clinical nursing plans. Methods 108 patients with primary liver cancer who received hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy in the interventional department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 54 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received perioperative precision nursing intervention. Compare the differences in self-efficacy, self-management ability, incidence of adverse events, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results After the intervention, all indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Precision nursing can effectively improve the self-efficacy and self-management ability of patients with primary liver cancer undergoing hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life patients, which has high clinical application value.
