老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的综合护理干预及临床疗效观察

摘要	目的探究对老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者实施综合护理的临床效果。方法在2024年3月-2025年3月收治的老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者中选取100例作为研究对象，按照数字表随机排序划分对照组（50例，常规护理）与观察组（50例，综合护理），对比两组患者血糖指标、舒适度、关节活动能力以及生活质量。结果护理后，观察组FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组，观察组舒适度、关节活动能力以及生活质量均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论综合护理能够显著提高老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的血糖控制水平以及关节活动能力，提高其生活质量，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with diabetes and osteoporosis. Methods From March 2024 to March 2025, 100 elderly patients with diabetes combined with osteoporosis were selected as research objects. According to the number table, they were randomly divided into the control group (50 cases, conventional nursing) and the observation group (50 cases, comprehensive nursing). The blood glucose index, comfort, joint activity and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of FBG, 2-hour PBG, and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the comfort, joint mobility, and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the level of blood sugar control and joint activity of elderly patients with diabetes and osteoporosis, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
