| 摘要 |
脑前额叶有着广泛的神经联系和复杂的结构图式,以及丰富的、复杂的双向性联系。前额叶是大脑中最重要的区域,与中枢皮质下的纹状体、丘脑神经元可有突触相连,组成皮质-纹状体-丘脑-皮质(CSTC)环路。神经环路协调中枢神经系统的高级神经心理过程。注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的环路损伤和发育不全均可能导致精神行为症状的风险增加。目前陆续有报道特定环路功能失调伴有特定的症状,本文对目前所明确的特定CSTC环路进行综述,对ADHD的多样性的症状进行分类讨论。

| Abstract |
Neural connections of prefrontal cortex have extensive and complicated structures, as well as rich and complex dual pathway networks. The cortical and subcortical neurons are connected by synaptic junctions among prefrontal cortex,striatum and thalamus called Cortico-striato-thalamic-cortical (CSTC) circuits.These neural circuits synergize advanced neuropsychological process in the central nervous system. Any impairs and hypoplasias in this neural circuits may increase the risk of certain symptom clusters of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).It has been reported that the identified dysfunctions of CSTC circuits were associated with specific symptoms.Each identified CSTC circuit was reviewed in this paper so that readers can separate the diversity of ADHD symptoms and discuss the influence of each circuit on the disease.
