探究急性心梗伴左心衰竭PCI（经皮冠状动脉治疗，Percutaneous coronary therapy）术后施行身心综合护理，患者心理状态与心功能的改善效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10月之间收治的急性心梗伴左心衰竭行PCI术治疗患者80例进行实验，回顾其中40例常规护理，40例身心综合护理下，患者心功能指标：SvO2（静脉血氧饱和度，Venous oxygen saturation） (%) 、NT-proBNP（N端pr-B型利钠肽，N-terminal PR-B natriuretic peptide）(μg/L)、LVEF（左室射血分数，Left ventricular ejection fraction）（%）的数据差；对比护理前后两组SAS、SDS 心理量表评分；统计患者于出院前填写的护理满意度。结果 综合组患者的心功能指标相对正常；护理后综合组相较于常规组的SAS、SDS 心理量表评分偏低，患者满意度偏高，（P<0.05）。结论 急性心梗伴左心衰竭PCI术后患者心理状态难免呈现负指数，心功能有所减弱，经身心综合护理可提升心功能水平，改善心态并得到患者认可。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the improvement effect of mental state and cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure after PCI (Percutaneous coronary therapy). Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure treated by PCI from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected for the experiment. Among them, 40 patients were reviewed with conventional nursing and 40 patients with comprehensive physical and mental nursing. Cardiac function indexes of patients were as follows: SvO2 (Venous oxygen saturation, Venous oxygen saturation) (%), NT-probNP (N-terminal PR-B type natriuretic peptide, N-terminal PR-B Natriuretic peptide (μg/L) and LVEF (Left ventricular ejection fraction) (%). SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. The nursing satisfaction filled in by patients before discharge was analyzed. Results The indexes of cardiac function in comprehensive group were relatively normal. Compared with the conventional group, the comprehensive nursing group had lower SCORES of SAS and SDS psychological scale, and higher patient satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion After PCI, patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied by left heart failure inevitably show negative psychological status, and their heart function is weakened. Comprehensive physical and mental nursing can improve the level of heart function, improve their mentality and be recognized by patients.
