Abstract Objective: To investigate and analyze the position joint psychological nursing intervention on line of physiological and psychological state in patients with painless gastroscopy. Methods: Between January 2014 and January 2014 in our hospital to accept painless gastroscopy as the main object of the present study 80 patients using excel spreadsheet to calculate according to ascending order after RANDOM values of the RANDOM grouping, 40 cases of routine nursing group (hereinafter referred to as the control group), 40 cases of body position nursing care after joint psychological intervention group (hereinafter referred to as intervention group). Respectively on two groups of patients before and after the intervention of the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), physical discomfort, and check the situation assessment and comparison. Results: Compared with before intervention, intervention patients after HAMA and HAMD scores significantly lower, compared with a control group of patients, the HAMA and HAMD scores of intervention group patients significantly lower (P < 0.05); Intervention group and control group, compared to the former patients with nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and physical discomfort is significantly lighter than the latter (P < 0.05), at the same time, the inspection status of the intervention group is better than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Body position nursing patients with combined psychological intervention in a certain extent, can improve the patients adverse psychological state, and reduce the adverse reaction in check, reduce the risk of anesthesia after dumping, for the whole of the smooth work of painless gastroscopy has played a promoting role, thus is worth popularizing in clinical application.
