【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical effect of drug and non drug therapy on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods Selected June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital psychiatric were 150 cases of schizophrenia negative symptoms patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 75 cases were given to the control group were treated with daily oral risperidone 2mg. One week after the daily dose increased to 6mg; patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group given once daily high frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, patients in the two groups were compared after four weeks of clinical therapeutic effect.Results Patients in the experimental group in after 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptoms are obviously improved, scale for the assessment of negative symptoms of patients, positive and negative symptoms scale and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale scores were lower than in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Clinical application of antipsychotic drugs combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients is positive, safe and feasible, the clinical symptoms can be effectively alleviated, it is worth to clinical application.
