【Abstract】Objective To investigate the influence of immune metabolism by depression in patients with lung cancer. Methods 120 lung cancer patients and 52 health people in our hospital were tested by Hamilton Depression rating Scale (HAMD). Then the 120 patients were divided in two groups by their HAMD score, including depression group and non-depression group. 52 health people form the control group. Three groups were examined the level of T-lymphocyte sub-groups (CD3+、CD4+、CD3+) and the activity of NK cells respectively. Results The T-lymphocyte sub-groups and NK cell in lung canser patients were lower than those of health people, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). While, CD3+,CD8+，CD4+/CD8+和NK cell in the depression group patients were lower than those of non-depression group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Lung canser patients are easy to have depression which leads immune metabolism a little worse, so it is essential for the medical worker to take patients intervention.
