[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of continued-nursing intervention based on network platform on unhealthy emotions and living quality of physical examination population with hypertension accompanied by depression. Methods: A total of 108 cases of patients with hypertension accompanied by depression in the physical examination population were selected as objects of study, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were performed routine nursing intervention according to the results of physical examination, based on this, patients in the observation group were also performed continued-nursing intervention based on network platform. One year later, the anxiety and depressive states of patients in the two groups were assessed by HAMA and HAMD scores, and the living quality of the patients were evaluated by Quality Of Life(QOL) scale. Results: After one year of follow-up visit, 51 cases and 47 cases of patients respectively in the observation group and the control group actually completed the visit. The HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those prior to the intervention(p<0.05), and the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05); no significant difference was found in various dimensions and total score of the living quality of patients in the control group before and after the intervention(p>0.05), while various dimensions and total score of the living quality of patients in the observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention and in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Continued-nursing intervention based on network platform helps to improve the unhealthy emotions and living quality of physical examination population with hypertension accompanied by depression, hence, it’s worthy of popularization and application.
