Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of early psychological nursing on the patients with cervical cancer and the effect of negative emotion and treatment compliance. Methods: 100 cases of cervical cancer were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50). The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group was treated with psychological nursing, Hamilton Depression Scale and SAS scale were compared between 2 groups before and after nursing assessment, negative emotion, treatment compliance and quality of life. Results: the observation group after nursing depression and anxiety score lower than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group after nursing treatment compliance was 94%, significantly higher than the control group 72% (P<0.05); the observation group after nursing quality of life in daily life, mental health, health, and quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of cervical cancer patients in the early implementation of the effect of early psychological care, can reduce the negative emotions, improve patient compliance, it is worth promoting the application.
