| 摘要 |
分析预见性护理在肺癌患者PICC导管相关性血流感染并发静脉血栓护理中效果。方法 选择2019年6月-2021年6月肺癌PICC导管留置患者共100例，分为对照组常规护理和观察组预见性护理。结果 观察组PICC导管相关性血流感染、静脉血栓发生率以及焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组低，生活质量评分较对照组高，P＜0.05。结论 预见性护理在肺癌PICC导管留置中的应用效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing care in patients with pulmonary cancer complicated by venous thrombosis due to PICC catheter-related bloodstream infection. Methods: A total of 100 patients with peripherally inserted central Catheter (PICC) for lung cancer from June 2019 to June 2019 were divided into two groups: Control Group and Observation Group. Results: The incidence of peripherally inserted central Catheter (PICC)-associated bloodstream infection, venous thrombosis, anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05) . CONCLUSION: Predictive Nursing Care in the application of Picc Catheter in lung cancer is effective.
