Objective To analyze the clinical effect and nursing effect of long-term wearing corneal shaping lens on controlling the development of juvenile myopia. Methods 150 cases of juvenile myopia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control group wore conventional frame glasses combined with conventional nursing intervention, and the patients in the experimental group wore corneal shaping glasses combined with high-quality nursing intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the corneal curvature and diopter of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the control group was higher, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion corneal plastic lens can more effectively control the development of myopia, and has a more significant effect on adolescent patients with myopia. At the same time, combined with high-quality nursing intervention, it can not only ensure the comfort of wearing corneal plastic lens for a long time, but also reduce the probability of complications, and its treatment safety is high.
