| 摘要 |
目的:分析延续性护理对乳腺癌化疗患者癌性疲乏及生存质量的影响。方法:根据入院先后顺序
将 2019 年 1 月到 2021 年 12 月期间进行乳腺癌化疗的 110 例患者分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用常规护
理干预，实验组则采用延续性护理，对比不同护理的应用效果。结果:对比两组患者癌性疲乏评分，护理前
无明显的差异性，护理后，实验组癌性疲乏评分高于对照组，P＜0.05；对比生活质量，护理前无明显的差
异，护理后，实验组生活质量改善优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论:延续性护理的应用能够有效缓解乳腺癌化疗
患者所出现的癌性疲乏现象，提高患者的化疗效果，同时缓解患者出现的不良心态，使其治疗依从性提高，
从而起到改善患者生活质量的效果。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of continuous nursing on cancer fatigue and quality of life in
patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: according to the order of admission, 110 patients
with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into control group
and experimental group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group
received continuous nursing. The application effects of different nursing were compared. Results: there was no
significant difference in the score of cancer fatigue between the two groups before nursing. After nursing, the score
of cancer fatigue in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); Compared with the
quality of life, there was no significant difference before nursing. After nursing, the improvement of the quality of
life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of
continuous nursing can effectively alleviate the cancer-related fatigue of patients with breast cancer undergoing
chemotherapy, improve the effect of chemotherapy, alleviate the bad mentality of patients, improve their treatment
compliance, and improve their quality of life.
