Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of 10 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) injections in Yulin First Hospital, so as to provide references for relevant research. Methods A total of 70 patients with adverse reactions caused by TCM injections in the hospital from April 5, 2019 to April 5, 2021 were selected as research samples. The WHO criteria for evaluating the causal relationship of adverse drug reactions were adopted in this study. The age, gender, types of involved drugs, history of allergies, clinical manifestations of adverse reactions and patient outcomes were studied. Results The types of adverse reactions included allergies, local/systemic reactions, hematological system reactions, hepatic and renal function impairment, and cardiovascular reactions. Among all drugs involved in adverse reactions, Xingnaojing Injection had the highest incidence of adverse reactions, followed by Guhong Injection and Ciwujia Injection (tied for second), and Kudiezi Injection had the lowest incidence. All patients improved after targeted treatment. Conclusion When using TCM injections for disease treatment, doctors should pay attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions, accurately master the principles of drug use, and ensure the safety of patients' drug use.
