| 摘要 |
分析甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数字法将2020年1月-2020年12月间我院老年糖尿病患者140例均分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用阿卡波糖，实验组在对照组基础上联合甘精胰岛素，对比临床效果。结果 实验组血糖水平改善优于对照组，且胰岛素相关指标优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖可以有效帮助老年糖尿病患者稳定血糖水平，控制患者疾病的发展，并且不会导致患者不良反应发生率增加，从而起到提高患者生活质量的效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly diabetes. Method 140 cases of elderly diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2020 to December -2020 were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method. The control group was treated with acarbose, and the experimental group was combined with insulin glargine on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effect was compared. Results the improvement of blood glucose level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the related indexes of insulin were better than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion insulin glargine combined with acarbose can effectively help stabilize the blood glucose level in elderly diabetes patients, control the development of disease, and will not lead to an increase in the incidence of adverse reactions, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
