摘要
肺栓塞是指血栓或其他栓子脱落后阻塞肺动脉或其分支,引起肺循环障碍,严重时可导致肺梗死和右心衰竭,在患者中具有较高的死亡率。损伤的内皮细胞释放炎症因子,并上调黏附分子表达,促进白细胞和血小板黏附、聚集,形成血栓核心,血管内皮细胞损伤是肺栓塞发病的关键因素之一。修复受损的内皮细胞对于恢复血管功能、防止血栓再形成和改善预后至关重要。本文系统梳理近年来修复血管内皮细胞在肺栓塞应用中的相关文献,旨在为肺栓塞治疗提供参考。
Abstract
Pulmonary embolism refers to the blockage of the pulmonary artery or its branches by dislodged thrombi or other emboli, leading to pulmonary circulation disorders. In severe cases, it can cause pulmonary infarction and right heart failure, with a high mortality rate among patients. Damaged endothelial cells release inflammatory factors and upregulate the expression of adhesion molecules, promoting the adhesion and aggregation of white blood cells and platelets, thereby forming the core of a thrombus. Vascular endothelial cell injury is one of the key factors in the pathogenesis of pulmonary embolism. Repairing damaged endothelial cells is crucial for restoring vascular function, preventing thrombus reformation, and improving prognosis. This article systematically reviews recent literature on the application of repairing vascular endothelial cells in pulmonary embolism, aiming to provide references for the treatment of pulmonary embolism.
