Objective To explore the application value of breast ultrasound examination combined with health management model in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. Methods A total of 200 women who underwent breast disease screening in the health management center of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional breast ultrasound examination alone, while the observation group was treated with breast ultrasound examination combined with the health management model. The detection rate of breast diseases, the time of disease diagnosis and the compliance of follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate of breast diseases in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the diagnosis time of the disease was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The follow-up compliance of the physical examinees in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Breast ultrasound examination combined with the health management model can significantly increase the detection rate of breast diseases among the physical examination population, shorten the diagnosis time, and improve the compliance of physical examination subjects with health guidance. It is suitable for promotion in health management centers of medical institutions at all levels and physical examination institutions.
