摘要
目的 高血压合并冠心病是一种常见的心血管疾病,严重威胁着人们的健康,需要给予科学有效的治疗方案,因此本文探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法 对我院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者分别采取苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗(对照组)与联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗(观察组),分析两组临床应用效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率、血压、血脂指标以及心功能改善情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05,组间存在对比性。结论 苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,能协同发挥降压、调脂作用,更有效地改善患者心功能,提高治疗效果。
Abstract
Objective Hypertension combined with coronary heart disease is a common cardiovascular disease that seriously threatens people's health and requires scientifically effective treatment. This study investigates the effect of Amlodipine Besylate tablets combined with Atorvastatin Calcium tablets in treating hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods Patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were treated with Amlodipine Besylate tablets (control group) or combined with Atorvastatin Calcium tablets (observation group), and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The treatment effectiveness, blood pressure, blood lipid indicators, and improvement in cardiac function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05), showing a significant comparative difference between the groups. Conclusion The combination of Amlodipine Besylate tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium tablets for treating hypertension with coronary heart disease can synergistically lower blood pressure and regulate lipids, more effectively improve cardiac function, and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
