中药苍薏饮治疗痰湿体质高血压患者的临床研究

摘要	目的剖析痰湿体质高血压用中药苍薏饮的作用。方法 2024年4月-2025年9月本院收治痰湿体质高血压病人（N=82）。选择数字随机表法，均分82名病例，当中，试验组用中药苍薏饮，对照组行常规治疗。对比血压等指标。结果关于总有效率：试验组95.12%，对照组78.05%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。中医证候积分：治疗3个月后：试验组（2.04±0.36）分，对照组（4.81±0.72）分（P＜0.05）。收缩压和舒张压：治疗3个月后，试验组（122.92±8.61）mmHg、（74.35±6.22）mmHg，对照组（130.52±9.18）mmHg、（84.68±7.05）mmHg，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论痰湿体质高血压病人用中药苍薏饮，其疗效、中医证候积分与血压均显著改善。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Cangyi Yin on patients with hypertension of phlegm-dampness constitution. Methods From April 2024 to September 2025, 82 patients with hypertension of phlegm-dampness constitution were admitted to our hospital. Using the digital random table method, all 82 cases were evenly divided. Among them, the experimental group received the traditional Chinese medicine Cangyi Yin, while the control group received conventional treatment. The blood pressure and other indicators were compared. Results Regarding the total effective rate: the experimental group was 95.12%, and the control group was 78.05%, with a significant difference (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score: after 3 months of treatment: the experimental group was (2.04±0.36) points, and the control group was (4.81±0.72) points (P<0.05). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure: after 3 months of treatment, the experimental group was (122.92±8.61) mmHg and (74.35±6.22) mmHg, while the control group was (130.52±9.18) mmHg and (84.68±7.05) mmHg, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with hypertension of phlegm-dampness constitution, using the traditional Chinese medicine Cangyi Yin, the therapeutic effect, TCM syndrome score, and blood pressure have all significantly improved.
