摘要
目的 分析在治疗扩张型心肌病中应用左西孟旦结合辅酶Q10治疗的医学价值。方法 将2023年1月-2023年12月内就诊的60例扩张型心肌病的患者作为研究对象,均接受基础治疗,对照组30例增加辅酶Q10治疗,观察组30例增加左西孟旦,对比两组患者治疗前后的心功能、血压指标。结果 护理前,两组患者对比差异不具有统计学意义,(P﹥0.05)。护理后,观察组HR低于对照组,LVD优于对照组,血压优于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 在治疗扩张型心肌病中应用左西孟旦结合辅酶Q10治疗可提高心功能,降低血压,让患者受益。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medical value of using levosimendan combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Sixty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who received treatment between January 2023 and December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All patients received basic treatment, with 30 in the control group receiving additional treatment with coenzyme Q10 and 30 in the observation group receiving additional treatment with levosimendan. The cardiac function and blood pressure indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the HR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, LVD was better than that of the control group, and blood pressure was better than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of levosimendan combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy can improve cardiac function, lower blood pressure, and benefit patients.
