| 摘要 |
目的:分析外周血管介入治疗患者中心理护理结合延续护理的应用效果。方法:选取我院近 3 年
（2019 年 3 月-2022 年 3 月）接受外周血管介入治疗的 96 例患者，回顾临床资料。将实施心理护理的 46
例患者作为对照组，将联合延续护理的 50 例患者作为观察组。观察两组护理效果。结果:护理后，两组患
者生活质量评分较护理前有一定提高，且观察组提高程度更明显，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；
观察组患者并发症率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:通过对外周血管介入治疗患者中实
施心理护理结合延续护理，可有效降低并发症率，提高其生活质量，临床应用价值确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with continuous nursing in
patients undergoing peripheral vascular interventional therapy. Methods: 96 patients who received peripheral
vascular interventional therapy in our hospital in recent 3 years (March 2019 to March 2022) were selected, and the
clinical data were reviewed. 46 patients with psychological nursing were used as the control group and 50 patients
with combined continuous nursing were used as the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were
observed. Results: after nursing, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before
nursing, and the improvement degree in the observation group was more obvious. There was significant difference
compared with the control group (P < 0.05); The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of
the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of psychological nursing combined with continuous
nursing in patients undergoing peripheral vascular interventional therapy can effectively reduce the rate of
complications and improve their quality of life. It has definite clinical application value.
