Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive postpartum nursing on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after cesarean section. Methods: 60 cases of cesarean section parturients in our hospital in 2021 were selected as observation objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive postpartum nursing. The occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, postoperative physical recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: the occurrence rate of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The time of first hearing bowel sounds, exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The data difference was statistically significant (p< 0,05). Conclusion: postpartum comprehensive nursing has important application value for puerpera after cesarean section. It can prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and further improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
