Objective To analyze the medical value of the application of silver needle combined with sacral canal drip treatment in the treatment scheme patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Among the 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited from January 2023 to December2024, 50 cases were randomly assigned to the control group for sacral canal drip treatment, and 50 cases were added with silver needle treatment for the group. The lumbar function and pain scores before and after treatment and the satisfaction after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results There was no significant difference in all before treatment (P﹥0.05). After treatment, the VAS pain score of the observation group was lower, the ODI disability score was lower, and the JOA lumbar recovery score was higher. At the same time, the satisfaction of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion The application of silver needle combined with sacral canal drip in the treatment scheme of patients with lumbar disc herni can relieve the dysfunction of the waist, reduce pain and discomfort, and achieve the recovery of lumbar function, so that patients can benefit.
